TridentUSA Mobile Clinical Services (TMCS) offers complete and comprehensive audiology care, including advanced screening and hearing evaluations to identify residents in need of care. Improved quality of hearing results in an improved quality of life for all the residents placed under TMCS’s care.

Services are provided by licensed Audiologists, trained and experienced in working within long-term care and assisted living facilities, using the latest technology in audiology equipment. TMCS utilizes a detailed screening process, identifying residents requiring hearing exams, thus taking this responsibility off of the facility. TMCS’ affiliated audiologists will recommend advanced, digital hearing aids when appropriate and fit patients consistent with Medicaid and supplemental insurance requirements, and private patient transactions.

TMCS also provides administrative support, managing the scheduling of clinics to keep residents, and therefore facilities, in compliance. This includes management of all claims filing directly with Medicare, Medicaid and any supplemental payers, and maintaining a clinically detailed resident database to capture relevant medical information and next visit criteria.

There is no additional cost for patient screenings, and clinics are provided at no charge to the facility. TMCS services provide additional savings, reducing the cost of transporting residents to outside facility providers.
